Happy Mother’s Day From The Toughest Cowfolk Around

Even the toughest cowboys listen to their mamas. Here’s what some of the competitors and attendees of the 2025 Cinch USTRC National Finals of Team Roping had to say on this year’s Mother’s Day.

Against the harsh reality of the Wild West, the matriarch stands strong, protecting and uplifting her family from the storm. It takes one heck of a woman to raise a cowboy or cowgirl, so this Mother’s Day, we’re letting those cowboys and cowgirls thank their mamas for the valuable advice and constant support.

We ventured over to Cowtown to attend the 36th Cinch USTRC (United States Team Roping Championships) National Finals of Team Roping to watch the best of the best compete at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. With teamwork and grit on full display, we thought it only natural to ask some of the cowboys and cowgirls in attendance about the woman who no-doubt gave them the skills necessary to succeed in the livestock industry.
