GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas — Grand Prairie ISD paid its former superintendent more than $350,000 as part of a separation agreement reached after an investigation found “credible evidence” he harassed and discriminated against “non-Hispanic female employees,” documents show.
The district put former superintendent Jorge Arredondo on leave last September after only three months on the job, then voted 5-2 to fire him in December. He resigned effective March 31, according to the separation agreement.
