FORT WORTH, Texas — A large house fire in southwest Fort Worth, reportedly ignited by a lightning strike, challenged firefighters early Wednesday morning. Flames, fueled by ruptured gas lines, were visible from the roof when crews arrived, according to the Fort Worth Fire Department.The fire department received multiple calls shortly after 8:00 a.m. and responded with an aggressive attack.
