Kokitos, a Mexican fruit, smoothie and dessert shop, has been serving refreshing takes on northern Mexican snacks since 2012 when the Santos family opened their first store on Camp Bowie Boulevard. It’s a family-owned business, where Ruben Santos concocts the recipes and what they’ll serve and Alicia Santos buys the fresh ingredients from a variety of local vendors and markets.
