Here’s the appeals case Anthony Patterson is making to get out of prison. He is using Staley’s appeals attorney.

A brief filed with the Texas Second Court of Appeals spells out the grounds of Anthony Patterson’s appeal on multiple child sex convictions.

On Nov. 4, 2024, a Tarrant County jury convicted Patterson on three counts of indecency with a child by exposure, one count of sexual performance of a child and one count of trafficking of persons. He was sentenced to 33 years in prison for offenses involving two underaged girls in 2017.
