Grand Prairie Police say a man broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home Sunday morning, and she shot him during the assault. Police say the man, whose name has not been released, forced his way into the victim’s house about 5:45 Sunday morning.
Police were called to the home on Avenue E in a neighborhood south of Hensley Field and west of Mountain Creek Lake after the shooting. They say the man appears to have forced his way into the house and started assaulting the woman.
