A new Panda Express is set to join Sanger’s growing Interstate 35 interchange, with construction expected to begin in early 2026 and wrap up by mid-year, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The 2,697-square-foot restaurant will be a ground-up build, located at the intersection of I-35 and Chapman Road in Denton County.
This stretch of Sanger has steadily evolved into a bustling commercial hub, driven by interstate traffic and the city’s ongoing growth.
