Fort Worth’s Evans & Rosedale Neighborhood Set for Transformation with $61 Million Redevelopment Plan

The City Council has given the green light to the redevelopment of Evans & Rosedale, an undertaking set to rejuvenate the neighborhood and inject new vitality into the area. The City of Fort Worth reported that in Tuesday’s meeting, officials selected Royal Capital LLC as the master developer for the project, following a vetting process that culminated this past August. The development promises to be a boon for the community, combining residential living with essential commercial offerings.

Crucial for the residents’ access to grocery options, the planned 15,700 square feet of commercial space will integrate a grocery store or market. According to the details released, amidst the new construction, there will be at least 181 housing units designed for both seniors and families with a tiered affordability scale ranging from 30% to 80% Area Median Income (AMI). The expansive development, valued at an estimated $61 million, focuses on creating a mixed-use space that caters to diverse needs.
