A new shaved ice and tropical treats shop is planned for Saginaw, Texas. A recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicates that the project will be situated along Bailey Boswell Road in Tarrant County. Construction is expected to begin in October 2025, with completion targeted for February 2026.
Location Along Bailey Boswell Road
Plans call for a one-story freestanding building totaling 2,157 square feet, along with site improvements. While the exact address is not yet confirmed, the project site will sit along Bailey Boswell Road, a corridor that has experienced steady growth in recent years. The area has seen a wave of new housing and commercial developments, with retail centers and restaurants continuing to fill in. Easy access to U.S. Highway 287 makes it a convenient spot for both residents and commuters traveling through the region.
The growth along Bailey Boswell has turned it into a key east–west link for Saginaw and neighboring communities. The upcoming shop will add another option for residents in an area that has been steadily building out with family-oriented businesses and service providers.
