DENTON COUNTY, Texas — A portion of U.S. 380 in Crossroads will see overnight lane closures Sunday as crews move traffic onto a newly built section of pavement, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
The closures, scheduled from 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, to 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18, are expected to cause delays for drivers traveling through the area at FM 424.
TxDOT said the work is part of an ongoing project to reconfigure traffic patterns along U.S. 380. Drivers are urged to allow extra time, consider alternate routes and use caution around construction crews…
