Texas cities dominated a ranking of the best real estate markets in the country, according to a recent WalletHub study.
McKinney topped the list with a total score of 72.33, and Texas cities Richardson, Frisco, Denton and Allen all ranked in the top 10. Besides Texas, North Carolina was the only other state with more than one city in the top 10.
The study by the personal finance company compared 300 U.S. cities using 17 indicators of the housing market and a city’s economic strength as a mode for comparison.
