FORT WORTH, Texas — The city of Fort Worth renamed its South Patrol Division Headquarters to honor the life of fallen police Sgt. Bill Randolph.
About a year ago, Randolph was killed when an allegedly drunk driver hit and killed him while he was working an early morning crash on Interstate 35W, WFAA previously reported.
