A Seagoville resident claimed the second of four top prize-winning scratch-off tickets worth $3 million in the Texas Lottery’s $3 Million Ca$h game.
The Texas Lottery said the $30 scratch-off ticket was purchased at Big C Food Mart on Irving Boulevard in Dallas and was claimed on Sept. 26.
The winner, who elected to remain anonymous, will pay federal taxes of about $1,110,000 on the $3 million win, leaving them about $1,890,000. Texas does not have a state tax on lottery winnings…
