Investigators identified one of the suspects as 20-year-old Akrell Ross, who is charged with aggravated assault by a public servant in connection with the overnight shooting.

Officers located the subject wanted on a felony warrant in the 5400 block of Huffines Blvd.

The individual refused to exit the residence, prompting a SWAT response. Negotiators established communication and successfully persuaded the subject to surrender peacefully.
