Chapel Bar, a new restaurant and club from Fort Worth chef Christian Lehrmann, will open in the lobby of a historic building on the downtown Weatherford square, Lehrmann said.
Lehrmann, chef at Tinie’s in Fort Worth, will serve small plates along with craft cocktails in the restaurant and bar, 117 College Ave. next to Zeno’s inside the 1883-vintage Cotten-Bratton Building.
The menu will include dishes such as biscuits with peach preserves, deviled eggs, pimiento cheese with country ham or beet hummus, along with standards such as brisket sliders, flatbreads or a (bologna-like) mortadella-and-mustard sandwich…
