Local Volunteers Needed for Homelessness Count in Parker and Tarrant Counties on January 22, 2026

The annual Point-in-Time Count, a national survey to assess homelessness in one night, will take place on January 22, 2026. Partnership Home is looking for about 500 volunteers to help count and survey people living without shelter in Parker and Tarrant counties, including Arlington.

Volunteers will be given routes to identify and interview people experiencing homelessness. The information collected will be used to inform local planning and resource distribution. Required training will be available online and on the night of the event. People can sign up alone or as part of a team. Individual volunteers will be matched with groups if needed…
