Developers of a proposed $2.1 billion data center in far north Fort Worth has filed paperwork to begin construction.
The five-building campus will be built on 107 acres near North Saginaw Boulevard and Hicks Field Road, south ofan upcoming 850-acre housing development and several other developments along the Bonds Ranch corridor.
The project is being developed by ACS Group, an infrastructure company based in Spain that has helped build several other properties, including the automated people mover at the Los Angeles International Airport and the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
