HASLET, TX – Authorities are investigating a deputy-involved shooting that occurred late Friday night during a response to a domestic disturbance call in Haslet.
According to the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the 14000 block of Oak Bark Drive at approximately 10:50 p.m. on December 26. When deputies arrived, one adult male was detained at the scene. During the response, an officer-involved shooting occurred involving a second adult male inside the residence.
Deputies immediately rendered life-saving aid to the injured man, who was transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. No further details about the circumstances leading up to the shooting have been released…
