The Dallas-based Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe restaurant, known for seafood boils and gumbo, recently closed a handful of restaurants after M Crowd Restaurant Group acquired the company.
Razzoo’s filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October with nearly $13 million in debt. Dallas-based M Crowd Restaurant Group bought the chain restaurant for almost $19 million.
M Crowd Restaurant Group manages 25 Mi Cocina locations, the Monkey Bar rooftop bar and The Mercury restaurant. Now, the hospitality company will also manage an additional 11 Razzoo’s restaurants…
