Fort Worth Authorities Investigate Series of Intentional Car Arsons, Public’s Help Sought

The City of Fort Worth finds itself grappling with a series of intentional vehicle arsons that occurred during the recent holiday stretch, as the Fort Worth Police Department and the Fort Worth Fire Department investigate a possible connection between several car fires reported between December 26 and New Year’s Eve, according to The Dallas Express.

Affected residents from the Fox Run Park area have come forward to share their ordeals, with Sierra Ramirez being one of the victims whose car was torched on December 27, she vividly described the incident in an interview obtained by FOX 4, where she also revealed that another victim who is reliant on his vehicle for movement due to his wheelchair-bound condition, had his car not only set ablaze but also vandalized before the arson.

The string of incidents concluded, at least to public knowledge, with a vehicle fire around 1 a.m. on New Year’s Eve, although the Fort Worth authorities remain in pursuit of the unidentified arsonist; no arrests have been made thus far, and a suspect description has yet to be issued…
