Everman Firefighters Rescue Dogs, Contain House Fire Within Minutes on West Barron Avenue

EVERMAN, Texas – Quick action and coordinated teamwork helped Everman firefighters bring a residential fire under control and safely rescue two dogs early Wednesday morning.

Just after 8 a.m. on January 7, Everman Fire Department crews were dispatched to a reported house fire in the 800 block of West Barron Avenue. Within three minutes of the call, Truck 19 and Tanker 19 arrived on scene and immediately declared a working fire.
