Fort Worth Country Day (FWCD) is turning a new page in its athletics program, and the Falcons have found their next leader in Barry Chamberlin. Following a nationwide search, Chamberlin will step into the role of athletic director this July, taking the reins from Leigh Block, who has guided the program since 2021, according to a release.
With more than 15 years in athletic administration, hands-on coaching experience, and a proven track record of developing student-athletes both on and off the field, Chamberlin’s resume speaks for itself.
“Barry brings a dynamic vision and a strong commitment to building meaningful relationships with students, coaches, and families,” said Eric Lombardi, FWCD’s head of school. “We look forward to the positive impact his leadership will have on our athletics program and the FWCD community as a whole.”…
