Arlington FD rescues dog from house fire, officials say

ARLINGTON, Texas — A dog was rescued from a burning two-story home on Sunday morning, officials say.

Firefighters responded to a house fire around 8:41 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 18, in the 7900 block of Bonito Drive, the Arlington Fire Department said in a press release.

When firefighters arrived, they found smoke coming from the attic of a two-story home, the release states. Crews determined there was fire coming from the rear patio and extended to the second-floor and attic space, officials said…
