An early-morning shooting outside a Fort Worth apartment complex in December that left a 24-year-old man dead has led to the arrest of a 31-year-old woman, police say. Officers arrested the woman, identified in booking records as Shaquoia Kelly, yesterday at the Fort Worth Police detention facility on a capital murder accusation. The victim, Lawrence Chance Homan, was shot at an apartment complex in the 6400 block of Wildwood Circle and later died after being taken to John Peter Smith Hospital, according to authorities.
Kelly was booked yesterday on a capital murder charge listed in jail records after investigators obtained an outstanding warrant, as reported by the Star-Telegram.
