- Tarrant County: 568 customers affected
- Collin County: 46 customers affected
- Denton County: 22 customers affected
- Parker County: 4 customers affected
- Johnson County: 435 customers affected
- Ellis County: 39 customers affected
- Grayson County: 2 customers affected
