Arrest made in Parker County double fatal collision from September, authorities say

AZLE, Texas — An arrest has been made against the suspect behind a fatal accident that temporarily closed part of FM 730 in Azle back in September.

The Azle Police Department announced Saturday in a press release that Springtown resident Tammy Jo Lawrence has been charged on four felony counts – two each of Intoxication Manslaughter and Intoxication Assault – for her role in a Sept. 23, 2025, collision in the 13000 block of FM 730.
