In Fort Worth, federal court proceedings moved into day three of testimony in the trial of nine people accused in the July 4, 2025, shooting at the ICE Prairieland detention facility in Alvarado.
The trial reached its first full day of testimony and evidence as both sides worked under a 35-hour time limit set by the judge. Prosecutors have said they plan to call at least 25 witnesses.
