Eagles concert boots Texas high school’s prom night, principal says

ARLINGTON, Texas — A newly announced Eagles concert apparently swooped in and stole a North Texas high school’s prom night.

The principal of V.R. Eaton High School in Fort Worth sent a letter to seniors, which was then sent to WFAA. In it, principal Stacy Miles said the prom contract that the school had with Globe Life Field, signed last year, was “being disregarded and canceled” due to the band’s concert booking.
