DESOTO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Deputies from the Desoto Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a Texas man following a high-speed chase that clocked speeds over 100 mph.
The incident unfolded on March 5, 2026, on Interstate 49, when a deputy spotted a dark grey Chrysler 300 speeding northbound near the Asseff Road exit. When the deputy attempted to execute a traffic stop, the driver, identified as 20-year-old Trievion Deshaz Adams of Fort Worth, Texas, allegedly sped off, surpassing 100 mph.
