Celebrated tea shop is brewing up multiple South Texas locations

A North Texas-based iced tea franchise is continuing its expansion plans with two new locations slated for South Texas.

HTeaO, the iced tea franchise that’s headquartered in Fort Worth, could be coming to Pharr, in the Rio Grande Valley, and adding a new location to Calallen, in the Coastal Bend, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records. The store will span 1,923 square feet and will include HTeaO’s iconic “Tea Bar” and retail space and a single-lane drive-thru. The project is estimated to cost nearly $1.7 million.

The store will be located at 14837 Northwest Blvd., Corpus Christi, TX 78410, TDLR records show. Construction is expected to begin in July and be completed by the end of the year.
