J.P. Morgan signs on as first tenant for Crescent Offices in Fort Worth

Crescent Real Estate has officially topped off its next phase of development in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, a nearly 170,000-square-foot office building expected to open by this time next year.

The Crescent Offices project, led by the Goff family, already has its first tenant: J.P. Morgan. The bank plans to move from downtown Fort Worth to the Cultural District, taking the top three floors and nearly doubling the size of its Fort Worth office.
