Residents of the Seminary Hill area of south Fort Worth will soon benefit from improvements on 13 neighborhood streets and five alleys.
The estimated $16 million in upgrades will include water line replacements, new concrete pavement, driveways and sidewalks. Construction will start in June and continue through 2027.
The Seminary Hill project will affect the following streets:
- West Boyce Avenue: East dead end to McCart Avenue
- Cherokee Trail: West Seminary Drive to West Gambrell Street
- Gordon Avenue: West Spurgeon Street to south dead end
- Martin Lydon Avenue: Townsend Drive to James Avenue
- Rector Avenue: West Seminary Drive to West Gambrell Street
- Yates Street: West dead end to James Avenue
- Wayside Avenue: West Boyce Avenue to Gambrell Street
- Cockrell Avenue: West Seminary Drive to Morrell Street
- West Seminary Drive: From 155 feet east of Rector Avenue to 160 feet west of Rector
- West Spurgeon Street: Frazier Avenue to Stanley Avenue
- Stanley Avenue: Martin Lydon Avenue to south dead end
- Townsend Drive: Southcrest Drive to Yates Street
- Frazier Avenue: West Spurgeon Street to the east
