Two college friends swept to their deaths by rogue wave while napping on notorious California beach

Two women believed to have been napping on a picturesque California beach were tragically swept out to sea amid a high tide.

The friends, identified as 21-year-old Harshita Nair and 20-year-old Mahial Sran, both from Fremont, California, tragically died on Wednesday, June 10.
