(KRON) — A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle Monday night in San Jose, the San Jose Police Department said. The collision happened in the area of Vista Park and Branham Lane.
Police received a call about the collision at 8:08 p.m.
The pedestrian, who was described by police as a male, was taken to the hospital where he later died. The driver of the involved vehicle remained on scene to cooperate with the investigation, police said.
