Alameda County prosecutors on Wednesday announced charges against a man suspected of two shootings last month in Oakland.
On Aug. 1, Oakland police found a victim who’d been shot in the abdomen, back and arm on the 600 block of 34th street, the DA’s office said. Aleem Spencer, 45, was arrested as a suspect.
