A man died Sunday after experiencing a medical emergency during a police traffic stop in Santa Clara, authorities said Wednesday.
A Santa Clara Police Department officer stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Central Expressway and Corvin Drive around 10:15 p.m. after “observing a violation,” police said.
