Tuesday will continue a short two-day stretch of fantastic weather conditions around the Bay Area, before a cooldown arrives midweek.
A persistent dry air mass will continue to prevent the marine layer from gaining a strong foothold Tuesday, which will translate to another bright and sunny day across the region.
Temperatures should be a few degrees cooler compared to Monday but still well within a comfortable range, with 70s in the city and along the bayshore and low 80s across the inland valleys.

Changes will arrive by Wednesday. Temperatures are set to drop, with highs on Wednesday and Thursday as much as 5 to 15 degrees below normal, especially in the interior valleys. Even so, that means interior highs will be in the mid-70s, still quite pleasant…
