Police at a Cupertino college said they arrested a person with an ax, suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia while patrolling a flea market.
Officers at De Anza Community College said they ran a records check after noticing someone “acting suspiciously” Friday and learned that the person was a registered sex offender with an outstanding felony warrant. Police did not elaborate on the person’s behavior at the flea market.
