(KRON) — A San Mateo father was sentenced to serve nearly one year of jail time for shooting at an SUV occupied by three high school teenagers, prosecutors announced.
During sentencing on Monday, San Mateo County Judge Jeffrey Jackson placed Steven Miceli, 55, on three years of supervised probation on the condition of serving 364 days in county jail. He was also ordered to pay restitution in amounts to be determined.
