SOMA — Southern fine dining restaurant Prelude served its last boneless chicken wings and grits on Saturday, September 19. Nestled in a ground-floor space at the Jay, Autograph Collection, chef Celtin Hendrickson-Jones brought his approach to Southern grandma fare to the restaurant, adding touches from his time working at Niku Steakhouse and two-Michelin-starred Commis.
