A California home was significantly damaged after a Tesla crashed through the front door, which was situated above ground level.
The Alameda County Fire Department said crews responded Saturday to a reported collision on the 19000 block of Gannett Lane in Castro Valley. They arrived to find a Tesla had crashed into the front door of a residence.
Photos from the scene show a white Tesla halfway inside the home. The back half of the vehicle is sitting on a deck that spans an open walkway below.
The fire department said no injuries were reported. The cause of the crash was not specified…
