FREMONT — Bidwell Park, a 246-unit apartment complex in Fremont, was bought for $109.4 million, real estate documents filed on Oct. 20 in Alameda County show.
San Francisco real estate investment firm Roxborough Group acquired the property at 39800 Fremont Blvd. at a price that equates to $444,500 a unit.
