Covered California open enrollment begins Sunday, Nov. 1. Through the end of January, eligible Californians can enroll in a health insurance plan through the state’s Affordable Care Act marketplace.
New enrollees must sign up by Dec. 31 for a plan that begins Jan. 1. Coverage will begin Feb. 1 if you enroll in January 2027.
