Colma Officers, assisted by the San Bruno Police Department and the Daly City Police Department, successfully apprehended a felony vehicle linked to a kidnapping incident that occurred earlier in the day in a neighboring agency’s jurisdiction.

On Saturday, January 27, 2024, at approximately 9:09 pm, Colma Officers received a notification from the Flock Safety ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition) system alerting them of a felony vehicle in the area of Serramonte Boulevard and Junipero Serra Boulevard. Responding swiftly to the alert, officers located the vehicle in the drive-thru of a business in the 500 block of Serramonte Blvd. With the assistance of the San Bruno Police Department and the Daly City Police Department, a high-risk felony stop was conducted, ensuring the safety of everyone involved.
