A horrific accident shattered the peace of Cupertino over the weekend when a suspected DUI driver plowed into a group of children, injuring four. The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office reported that the victims, aged 11, 8, 7, and 4, were on a sidewalk at the time of the incident. According to KRON, the children were struck by a silver Mazda pickup truck driven by 38-year-old Adam Wu of Cupertino, who is believed to have been under the influence of narcotics.
