( KRON ) — A juvenile male has been arrested in connection to a homicide last week, the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety announced . On Tuesday, April 30, officers responded to the 100 block of South Bernardo Avenue just after midnight on a report of shots fired.
At the scene, officers found a man inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. The man was taken to the hospital and later pronounced deceased.

The following day, on Wednesday, May 1, Sunnyvale DPS detectives arrested a juvenile male in connection to the incident. He was arrested without incident, officials said. He’s currently in custody at Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall.
Officials have not released the name of the victim at this time, and no other details were provided. The investigation remains active, according to law enforcement.
