SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A Bay Area firefighter-paramedic who died of an apparent drowning while in San Diego was from Sacramento, KCRA 3 has learned on Thursday. A release from the Oakland Fire Department said 25-year-old Caeden Laffan died Thursday morning. The cause of death appears to be drowning at this time.
