A man is facing charges in a horrific attack by three large dogs that left another man dead last weekend in Oakland, authorities said.Oakland police said it was investigating a death that happened on September 1 on the 1600 block of 36th Avenue in East Oakland just before noon. Officers arrived to find a victim who had major injuries from multiple dog bites. Medics arrived but the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
