The typical recent college grad in the Bay Area who wanted to live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a roommate last year was rent burdened-meaning they’d need to spend over 30% of their income on rent-but that’s no longer the case. That’s according to a new report from Redfin (redfin.com), the technology-powered real estate brokerage.
