The Fremont Police Department has issued an alert for a missing juvenile. 15-year-old Zeynep Ciftcioglu, commonly known as Zen, was last seen yesterday at 8 p.m. near Mission Boulevard and Pickering Avenue in Fremont. The report, disseminated on the Fremont Police Department’s Facebook page, describes Zen as a Caucasian female and urges anyone with information about her whereabouts to reach out for her safe return.
